Cancellation and Refund Process

• Canceling a Booking: You can cancel your booking directly in the MotoZint app. Go to the "Bookings" section, select the reservation you want to cancel, and follow the prompts.
• Refund Timeframe: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed and credited to your MotoZint app wallet within 5 minutes of cancellation.
• Refund Method: All refunds are credited to the MotoZint wallet and can be used for future bookings within the app.
• Wallet Validity: The amount present in the MotoZint wallet remains valid for future bookings and does not expire or get removed over time.
